• The Villa is set in just under an acre of garden with a securely fenced children's play area and has 2300 square feet of living area and comprises as follows.
• 2 Full sized master bedrooms, both en-suite with bidet, King sized beds, walk in wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, chest, 2 bedside tables, 27 inch TV, Phone, Radio/C.D. Player/Alarm, Ceiling Fan.
• 2 Double bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror, bedside table, Radio/C.D. player, and Ceiling fan.
• 3rd bathroom with walk in shower.  This bathroom has access to the Pool Deck so it can also be used as a pool bathroom.
• Family Room, with a 5 seat corner unit, 3 seat sofa, side tables, ceiling fan, 32 inch LCD TV & DVD player (NTSC).
• TV room with a TV & DVD player, 3 & 2 seat sofas, side table & chest & a ceiling fan.
• 150 Channel Satellite TV service, each of the 4 TVs has it's own receiver.
• Free wireless internet access
• Fully fitted Kitchen, with cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, glasses & all utensils.
• Dining Nook - with dining table & chairs.
• Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board & iron.
• Covered lanai with tables, chairs, sun lounges, side tables & dryer & 2 ceiling fans with lights, barbecue.
• Fully heated 28 x 14 foot screened swimming pool with spa.
• All bedding, towels, pool towels supplied.
• Also for the use of guests at Doral Woods, there is a communal outdoor swimming pool and tennis court.

  Inside the PoolRx unit, which you install in the pump basket in your pool, there is metal rod with Silver, Copper and Zinc in a special configurement, which creates a unique and patented mineral formula.
